Agents are separate from the BuzzPad. Each is its own subscription for one location, monthly or yearly - no bundles, no tiers, no minimum, and nothing you have to buy to keep the BuzzPad working.

The Reputation Response Agent is live. It drafts a reply to each new Google review in your voice, for you to copy and post.

Questions

What is included in the price?: The device, Google review collection with no monthly fee and no cap, your WhatsApp connection, the Next Visit Reward, and credit towards your first agent.
What if I have more than one shop?: You buy one BuzzPad per device. Each location gets its own daily scan counts and its own set of up to 25 virtual QR codes.
How am I billed for agents?: Each agent is its own subscription for one location, billed monthly or yearly. Stop it any time and it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Review collection carries no monthly fee whether you run an agent or not.
