BuzzAgent Ltd

We use a small number of service providers to run the BuzzAgent Services. Each acts under contract, only on our instructions, and under data protection terms no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement. We will give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new one, as set out in that agreement.

• Supabase - database, authentication, file storage and secret storage for the whole platform. Processing location: United Kingdom, with access from the United States.
• Vercel - application hosting, edge compute, background queues, and cookieless traffic and performance measurement. Processing location: United States.
• Stripe - payment processing for BuzzPad purchases and, when they are offered, agent subscriptions. Processing location: United Kingdom, European Economic Area and United States.
• Resend - transactional email to Merchants and to our own staff, covering sign-in, billing, alerts and account provisioning. Processing location: Ireland.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited - the WhatsApp Cloud API, carrying messages between a Merchant and their customers where WhatsApp review collection is live for that Merchant, and the sign-up flow a Merchant uses to connect their own WhatsApp Business Account. Processing location: European Economic Area and United States.
• Google - the Places API, used to find a Merchant's business and prefill their location details at onboarding; Google sign-in, where a Merchant chooses it; and Google Workspace, used to provide mailboxes for our own staff. Processing location: United States.
