Guest Terms of Use

BuzzAgent Ltd

These terms are for guests: people who have a guest card at a venue that uses BuzzAgent. They are an agreement between you and BuzzAgent Ltd, and you accept them when you save your card to your mobile number. Our Guest Privacy Notice explains what we keep when you do, and why.

1. Who we are

BuzzAgent Ltd ("BuzzAgent", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16562822, with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hi@buzzagent.co.

2. Your card

A guest card is the record of your visits, stamps, treats and rewards at one venue. It is kept in your browser, and a later scan of the venue's BuzzPad finds it there. BuzzAgent runs the card for the venue.

Your card, and saving it to your mobile number, are free.

3. Treats and rewards come from the venue

A treat or a reward on your card is the venue's promise to you, made on the venue's own terms, and the venue gives it to you and honours it. BuzzAgent does not give treats or rewards, so questions about one go to the venue.

A venue may change what its card offers, or stop offering a card.

4. Saving your card to your mobile

• You may save a card only to a mobile number that is your own, and only if you are 13 or over.
• We confirm your mobile number with a code we text to it or, where we offer it, a message you send from your own WhatsApp. We text UK mobiles only.
• When you confirm the same mobile number in another browser or on a new phone, your saved cards come back there.
• You can remove your mobile at any time from your card. Your cards stay in the browsers that already hold them.

5. If we stop the service

We may stop offering saved cards. If we do, we will say so on your card at least 30 days before, and your cards stay in the browsers that already hold them.

6. Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here, and the date shown at the top of this page changes with it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
