BuzzAgent is a WhatsApp-first review collection and customer engagement platform built for local businesses in the UK. Restaurants, cafes, barbers, salons, and other local merchants use it to turn walk-in customers into Google reviews and repeat visitors.

2. The review link lands - Today the scan goes straight to your Google review page. WhatsApp review collection is rolling out; once it is live for you, the scan opens a chat with your business instead.
3. Reviews arrive - Customers write their own words. Once WhatsApp is live for you, a gentle reminder follows if they forget.
